My name is Gina Alexander, Certified Life Cycle
Celebrant & Marriage Officiant, ordained non-denominational minister, artist and founder of Art of Life Ceremonies.
My heartfelt mission is to facilitate the creation of personal ceremony that honors and celebrates
life passages for individuals, couples and communities, reflecting their beliefs and values.
In my lifelong search to understand the basic truths of all faiths, I have studied Buddhist, Sufi and Hindu traditions. My
spiritual path has spiraled through Jungian psychology, Native American wisdom, ritual, archetypal symbology, and meditation.
When my Chinese husband and I made our vows to travel through life together, there were few options for a blended wedding
ceremony. Several years later, I discovered Celebrant USA Foundation and Institute. What a delight! I
understand that each individual or couple is unique and deserves a professional, creative ceremony.
Most of my professional life service has been
in the healing arts. I bring deep listening skills from twenty years of work as a Chiropractor. The use of art,
sound, and movement in my practice elicited accelerated healing. The "Creative Connection" method developed by Natalie
Rogers was one mainstay of my work. I discovered that the deepest healing occurred when an individual's
story was told, heard and celebrated. My personal and professional journey founding
Art of Life Ceremonies has been rich and filled with joy. It is my passion
to create a safe and imaginative atmosphere for individuals and couples to explore their deepest hopes and needs.
It is a blessing to witness the joy, healing, transformation and empowerment that results when
ceremony is created from the heart. I celebrate diversity and the commonality of our human experience.
